Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed BI requirements.
Lead the management of BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business processes and customer outcomes.
Serve as a bridge between the technical developers and business units, facilitating clear communication and project alignment.

Role Contribution:

Directly impact strategic decisions by delivering insights that drive business improvements and innovation.
Enhance collaboration and efficiency by effectively managing projects and interfacing between technical and business teams.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in business intelligence, with a strong focus on business analysis and project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage BI projects and work crossfunctionally with technical and nontechnical teams.
Experience in the supply chain or logistics sectors is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional analytical, problemsolving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
