New Life Georgia is a part of the global network of In vitro Fertilization clinics and Surrogacy Agencies that currently operate in 9 Countries is pleased to announce the vacancy of
Sales Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

Respond to new enquiries of international patients;
Serve as an adviser by answering patients all program related questions;
Able to monitor analyze and convert leads;
Set goals review presales communication and ensure client's satisfaction;
Track leads monitor conversion rate and further follow up;
Manage documentation and monthly reports;
Close working relationship with doctors, team;
Any other responsibilities assigned by immediate Manager.

Skills/other requirements:

Exceptionally quick ability to identify, focus, and execute pivotal priorities;
Exceptional negotiation, diplomacy and teambuilding skills;
Strong skills in
sales, marketing, negotiation, writing and planning;
Strong skills in marketing, analysis, negotiation, writing, and planning;
Fluent in English (both verbal and written skills);
Strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines;
Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask and achieve objectives within time and budget;
Ability to travel aboard.
