Your Job
This role will be responsible to administrate tool shop area for all plant. Recruit, training, and coach for tool shop team, evaluate and purchase equipment for tool shop area.


Our Team
You will work closely with Quality, Maintenance, tool room, planning, manufacturing, MIE, human resources, IT, and management.

**What You Will Do

  • Assets existing tool shop capabilities and procurement of new ones according to plant needs.
  • Build up tool room team capable to support operations 24/7, for manufacturing plates and repair item.
  • Administrate resources for tool shop area, people, equipment, tooling, etc.
  • Create process and systems required to provide support to entire plant based on priorities, critical situations and regular scenarios.
  • Contribution to meet Principle based management philosophy.
  • Follow EHS norms to meet with target of zero accidents and incidents.
  • Collaboration and Support actively on IQN and QN problem solving, providing adequate tooling to achieve better possible solution.
  • Support on root cause analysis from mechanical standpoint for major and repetitive failures and prepare an action plan.
  • Support to keep healthy level for mechanical machined spare parts, that requires recurring consumption.
  • Support for improvement om manufacturing process to increase thruput, decrease downtime and cycle time.
  • Owner of the tool shop area, resources, process, and people to support all Business unit on plant.
  • Administrate resources with economically thinking for department.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic engineer, mechanical engineer, special machine building engineer or similar.
  • 2 years on manufacturing and machining services.
  • Electrical diagrams and mechanical drawing understanding and interpretation.
  • Knowledge on sensors, actuators, automation, motors, and manufacturing.
  • English intermediate advance speaking.
  • Selection for machining devices.
  • Machining process and manufacturing methos.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with CAD design software : Solid Works, Siemens NX, autocad
  • Experience on bowl feeder design and understanding.
  • Expertise on mechanical debug and troubleshooting
