Functions:

  • Providing accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolving customer problems and complaints efficiently and courteously, seeking satisfactory solutions.
  • Recording and documenting customer interactions in the customer relationship management system.
  • Processing orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Following identity verification and security procedures when handling customer confidential information.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as sales, logistics, or accounting to resolve complex customer issues.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations.
  • Customer orientation and ability to empathize with customer needs and concerns.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Competency in using computer systems and office software.
  • Proactive attitude and problemsolving orientation.
  • 80% English proficiency (conversational reservations order taking).
