About this internship:_

Gucci is delighted to offer an internship placement within our product care area. Our placements provide an interesting experience for a student of bachelor's degree (5th semester onwards) to gain experience. This opportunity will provide valuable experience of the day-to-day activities of a fashion luxury brand.


Our placements are for those currently studying a bachelor's degree in, marketing, communication, public relations, administration or related course in Mexico City.


Product Care & Customer Care Intern
The product care and customer service area focuses on providing after-sales attention to service requests on Gucci

products from our customers.

  • Activities include providing support to the sales team to complete the required communication with customers during the process.
  • Complete activities and generate documents for shipping and receiving products between the Store and the Repair Center.
  • Share area information with the team during briefings.
  • Support with instore repairs.
  • Management of store product repairs.
  • Administrative activities, among others.

Horas de medio tiempo: 25 por semana


Sueldo:
$8, $9,000.00 al mes
