Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain expertise on the latest cloud, IoT, big data, and artificial intelligence technologies to provide thought leadership to our prospects, customers, and within the company
Engage directly with customers in a postsales capacity to deliver fullstack AI solutions according to functional and performance requirements
Design and implement reference architectures to deliver scalable and reusable solutions
Develop new specs and documentation and participate in developing technical procedures and user support guides
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to incorporate customer features and enhancement requests into core product offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields
3+ years of experience with system/data integration, development, or implementation of enterprise and/or cloud software
Handson expertise in Big Data, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Demonstrated proficiency with Python, JavaScript, and/or Java
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (any vendor)
Solid understanding of data modeling best practices
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Strong analytical ability, judgment, and problemsolving techniques
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
Ability to travel up to 30%

Preferred

Qualifications:

Expertise in Postgres and/or Cassandra
Experience with Spark and cloud databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, DeltaLake)
Experience with stream processing frameworks (Kafka, Kinesis, EventHub, Google Pub/Sub)
Experience with containerbased deployments using Kubernetes
Experience designing and maintaining DataOps and MLOps in production environments
Working knowledge of Machine Learning and AI
Experience with Information, Network, & Infrastructure Security concepts
