Which is the main objective of this role?

  • Responsible for imformation & KPIs analysis to Distributors in PMF
  • Preparating P&L and financial proposal to development distributors (Generate scenarios for the development of territories)
  • Visibility financial performance of customers (114) through the analysis of their P&L vs PepsiCo P&L for the corresponding territory
  • Periodic monitoring through SC and P&L analysis
  • Administrative control of the Data Base list
  • Monitoring, updating, safeguarding and control of contracts
  • Monitoring compliance with national implementation plans
  • Support to the 3PDS team with SC
  • Creating foreacst and AOP for Distributors

Qualifications:

What will you be doing?

  • Design with project leaders, specific monitoring (PPT/PDF scorecard with key indicators) to customer performance (Sell In / Sell out)
  • Generate and send weekly/monthly reports to the team
  • Detect opportunities to with the team and identify the causes for developing action plans
  • Take financial control of the project ensuring compliance with the AOP and anticipating future expenses
  • Give visibility into customers' financial performance (114) through analysis of their P&L vs PepsiCo P&L for the corresponding territory
  • Develop P&L for the evaluation of territories to be developed as part of the 3PDS strategy
  • Support in the weekly presentations of results
  • Forecast & APO and (annual/monthly)

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in finance or actuary, with a financial focus.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Communication skills
  • Creativity
  • Ability to create dashboards and visibility for different teams
  • Highly resultsoriented.
  • Management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan.
  • Logical thinking
  • Financial knowledge, construction, analysis and reading of P&L
  • Excel and MicroStrategy (medium level)
  • Requires excellent management skills in Excel and Power Point
  • Able to learn and understand other types of software (Territory Planner, Power Bi, Microstrategy, Salesforce, BPC, SAP)
  • Good at setting priorities
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
