Overview:


Guarantee through hers/his involvement and leadership the correct implementation and use of the tools of Continuous Improvement in the projects of hers/his areas of participation thus ensuring the operational optimization to achieve the objectives of the factory.


What You'll Do:


  • Coordinate and lead work teams in the implementation of Continuous Improvement tools.
  • Monitor the correct use of the tools through the implementation of indicators.
  • Determine together with the area the action plans according to the result.
  • Support the operational areas in the definition and execution of new projects of Continuous Improvement through analysis and indicators such as Time and Movements, OEE, SCRAP and Value Stream Maps among others.
  • Develop 6 Sigma projects in the assigned area.
  • Lead BMS workshops.
  • Act as leader of the work teams and guarantee the execution of projects that improve the efficiency and productivity of the productive areas.

Qualifications

  • Studies completed in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical).
  • Knowledge and experience in the implementation of problem analysis tools and Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Leadership and training of teams of continuous improvement in manufacturing environments.
  • Successful completion of continuous improvement projects.
  • Advanced English.
  • Desirable Certification in Lean Manufacturing.

Core competences:
Leadership, Influence, Teamwork, decision making, effective communication, project management. Skills in organization, planning and problem solving.
