What You'll Do:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring alignment with the brand values and message.
  • Create engaging, innovative content for social media channels, including photos, videos, and live broadcasts.
  • Be the face of the brand on social media, confidently and effectively communicating with the audience through regular posts, stories, and live interactions.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on the performance of social media initiatives and influencer campaigns, using data to drive future strategy.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
  • Manage social media budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms, fostering a positive community and addressing any customer service issues promptly.

What You Need:


  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Strong oncamera presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make content and be comfortable in front of the camera.

(Is a must):


  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and understanding of key metrics.
  • Experience in influencer outreach and relationship management.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand aesthetics.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:


  • Competitive salary.
  • This is a fulltime (40 hours per week), longterm position.
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  • Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm (+/ 1 hour accepted)
  • PST.
