Team Overview:
As a BI Intern, you will have a unique opportunity to help drive the growth of the business.


You will be joining a dynamic, fast-paced operations team, as well as working along cross functional teams, such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Service, among others.


You will be a key member of the Business to Business PoC team focused on supporting and improving the B2B overall experience by understanding the restaurants needs and implementing engagement strategies to promote retention.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Supporting growth strategy, with a specialization in the B2B experience journey.
  • Building deep insights through operational tools, optimization initiatives, and most importantly data.
  • Understanding the current restaurants base and properly segment them into groups according to different key metrics.
  • Creatively coming up with data driven solutions to promote restaurants loyalty and overall retention.
  • Working along the acquisition team to better understand/define the best acquisition channels in order to promote early retention.
  • Using skills in Excel and other programming tools (SQL/Python) to drive efficiency in operations and solve business problems.
  • Designing, executing and analyzing initiatives, collaborating with different teams to improve key business indicators.
  • Balancing attention to detail with swift execution

Role Qualifications:

  • You are enrolled in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Physics, or other related fields at least 1 year before graduation.
  • You are Datadriven and passionate about analytics. Proficient in Excel data processing (formulas, pivot tables, dashboard creation).
  • You have the capability of writing SQL/Python or other programming languages is preferred
  • You have proven to be selfmotivated, selfdirected, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions.
  • You are a clear communicator, able to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight key insights.
  • You own excellent organization and time management skills.
  • You are proficient in English & Spanish.
