Job Description:

We're looking for a Human Resources Contact Center Advisor to join our HRS Team in Mexico.

As a Human Resources Contact Center Advisor, you'll be responsible for being the first point of contact for our employees and managers to ensure prompt inquiry resolution.

You'll be part of the Signify Human Resources Services (HRS) Contact Center Americas.

What you'll do

Provide excellent customer service while adhering to defined standards and Global Data Privacy rules.
Perform customerrelated data gathering.
Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data.
Actively identify improvements according to LEAN ways of working and participate in LEAN process improvement activities.

Your qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Call Center experience, or related.
Strong in verbal and written communication skills.
Can consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner; able to meet deadlines.
Knowledgeable of HR processes, systems, and policies; ideally experienced with Benefits/Human Resources/Payroll.
Bilingual in Spanish, English.
