Summarized Purpose**:

Manages mid-size and larger translation project process flows throughout its complete life cycle. Assigns and manages the work of linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers.

Essential Functions and Other Job Information**:

Essential Functions

Plans, schedules, and performs risk management of projects.
Allocates linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers on any given project.
Tracks project progress to ensure quality, deliveries and cost to stay on plan.
Manages day to day relationship with client on project matters; including status reports and project solutions.
Facilitates effective communication within project team.
Ensures completion of all projectdriven administration and financial processes.
Collects KPI data for assigned clients.

Job Complexity**- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

Job Knowledge

Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Received
Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Business Relationships
Contacts are primarily internal to the company with infrequent external customer / vendor contact on routine matters. Builds productive internal / external working relationships.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).

In some _cases_ an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role._

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

2 years proven project management experience, preferred in localization industry
CAT/TMS tool experience required
Proven skills of multitasking, time management, organization, and attention to detail
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
