As a Junior People Operations Partner, you will play an essential role in supporting the optimization of HR processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of our workforce environment.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining valuable experience in HR process optimization, compliance, and systems integration.

What You'll be Doing:


  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to contribute to a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
  • Identify improvement areas and participate in implementing solutions collaboratively.
  • Support efforts to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, including managing the maintenance of employee records to ensure the HRIS is accurate with any employment changes and filing ensuring compliancy.
  • Managing all HR operational tasks ensuring we are "audit ready" and our processes run effectively and smoothly. Ensure every aspect of the employee lifecycle is documented and stored appropriately.
  • Maintain People data accuracy and integrity by implementing data governance practices and quality checks.
  • Contribute to compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR or other regional data protection laws.
  • Understanding employment law and best practice and reflecting this in daytoday support
  • Provide support and training to People staff and endusers on the effective use of People systems.
  • Facilitate communication between endusers and technical support, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive employee experience during periods of change.
  • Identify automation opportunities for People Operations tasks and assist in troubleshooting issues with people systems & people operations team.
  • Assist the People, Payroll and Reward Teams in efficiently managing reward and benefits programs. (applicable to regional team members)
  • Liase with payroll and finance on people related issues
  • Contribute to the support of endtoend People Operations projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Enhance processes for onboarding, offboarding and all other employee lifecycle events
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address concerns and provide support to facilitate a positive employee experience during periods of change.
  • Have solid knowledge and experience of both North America processes while being a specialist in one area to provide deeper support where required
  • Support for onboarding new hire orientation sessions as needed
  • Support the administration for onboarding of new starters, creating, and updating HR documents such as contracts and offer letters, assisting with the induction, ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • Answer incoming HR queries, address and resolve requests in a timely and professional manner

What You'll Need:


  • Junior position suitable individuals with up to two years of related experience.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data governance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You'll be a first point of contact for employees, so excellent communication skills are crucial. You should be able to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong administrative skills, with attention to detail, are necessary.
  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • Fluent in English
