WHAT TO EXPECT

Located in Santa Fe office, you will be a key part of our North American Center of Commercial Excellence responsible for supporting large independent distributors and OEM customers in the US.


  • You'll be working with the North America Center of Commercial Excellence
  • This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will ensure that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders timely and coordinating with other functions as required.
  • You'll be an individual contributor.

Key responsibilities:


  • Entering customer orders in Oracle accurately and within established standards
  • Monitoring the touchless order dashboard daily and remove system holds to progress Customer orders to the Distribution Centers for fulfillment.
  • Initiating & expediting production as needed to meet customer requested delivery dates.
  • Assisting daily operations as needed

ABOUT YOU

  • Proficient in English (read, write, speak)
  • BS/BA Degree required
  • Strong attention to detail; must be able to work in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with other teams and seniorlevel executives.
