Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and objectives.

Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential partnerships.

Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations of the Tijuana facility, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes.

Streamline operations and processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across various departments, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Financial Management:
Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to drive profitability.

Stakeholder Management:
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Ensure customer satisfaction through quality products and outstanding service.

Compliance and Governance:
Ensure operations comply with local regulations and industry standards.

Promote a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in leading large teams and managing complex operations.

Strong understanding of the engineering and manufacturing industry.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry.

Pay:
$100, $140,000.00 per month
