Responsibilities:

The Field Inspector will be in charge of evaluating fields and monitoring them once the grower is enrolled with our company
Perform site visits to our potential clients' fields to validate the feasibility of agriculture projects
Monitor our formal clients and analyze the status on the whole operation financed by ProducePay
Create accurate site visit reports in a timely manner
Share ideas regarding the projects with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Agricultural Engineer, Agronomist, or similar training
English comprehension
You must have your own car for this job
MS Office skills
Good people skills
At least 3 years of experience with fresh produce crops, fields, packing processes and best practices
