POSITION OBJECTIVE

Administrate the service of Cafeteria and Transportation for the employees at Queretaro Facilities, through the methodologies and Analysis of the preferences.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the correct service of cafeteria (quality, variety and hygiene)

Ensure the correct service of transportation (quality, security, timing)

Follow up satisfaction indicators of services

Execute periodic plan of audits in the services

Create the daily program with the transportation and dining service provider.

Analyze the variation of the operational costs of transport and cafeteria services to propose measures for optimization and rationalization of resources.

Follow up of the action plan of services (incidents, innovations, standards)

Promote innovation ideas to improve the services and the employee experience in BRP

Generate a good relation with suppliers to collaborate as a teamwork

Responsible to work with a focus on customer service

Follow BRP values and behaviors

Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics

MICROSOFT OFFICE

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Engineer in transport, logistics or related careers

Experience:

Min. 2 years experience in General Services

Language:

Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.

Knowledge of English written and verbal (Min: 80%).

Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
