Analyst Jr., Finance

Assist Corporation leading the monthly US financial book close process and the preparation of consolidated financial results for management and other internal users of financial data. Assist with additional monthly and quarterly closing responsibilities and other matters as necessary.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist and facilitate monthly close process.
Reconcile, research and document differences between ERP balances and amounts uploaded into financial consolidation software.
Support and document monthly close with supportive related data on Financial statement
Analyze of variances for accuracy and prepare account reconciliations.
Assist in consolidation of annual business plan and periodic forecasts.
Analyze and provide explanations to various reports for the monthly management reporting package.
Provide periodic information to corporate as required & assist special projects as needed
Support physical inventories as required.
Support fixed asset accounting including asset acquisitions, disposals and transfers.
Support on SOX compliance activities. Includes but not limited to cycle counts and receiving audits, provide adequate documentation to support the audit activity.
Support preparation of the monthly Operations Summary report and variance analysis to explain differences between Actual and Projected results.
Support on monthly financial forecast reports (Material Usage, Direct Labor, Fixed & Variable OH).

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

2 Years of Related Experience OR 2-5 Year of Related Experience when combined with a BA/BS and CPA.

Intermediate level of English
