We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a
Incident Manager

What you'll do:

Leveraging technology to resolve issues based on linux/sql and all communications and providing key stakeholder management
Leading, driving, facilitating and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls
Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed
Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements
Continually maintaining and developing tools and resources to manage major incidents effectively
Providing periodic major incident metrics reports

Preferred experience:

9 + years of IT experience of Incident Management
Should have knowledge on Change, Incident and Problem request management
Being accountable for resolving the outage via workaround or permanent fix.
Advance level of English is a Must
