Essential Duties and Responsibilities_

Train a diverse collection of pre-established classes using principles of adult learning.
Contribute in the creation of course design, material, and instructional methods, etc. under direction of Supervisor/Manager.
Measure and monitor training impact and effectiveness.
Maintain training records, databases, materials, and equipment.
Understand. Create. Simplify.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications_

2+ years' experience in training or facilitating in a classroom environment

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within manufacturing or two years of manufacturing experience

Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint

Ability to work various shifts, hours, and days depending on current department workloads

Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities

Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

Background check results satisfactory to SEL

Negative drug test result(s)
