Most of the time, we deliver a standard version of Odoo to our customers.

However, some of them are not satisfied with the product as it is presented and they wish to implement specific elements for a customized use of it (it can be from a simple button to add, to larger projects).

As a Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing customization of the solution, from technical analysis to development and support.

Customer relations are handled by our Business Analysts and they present you the customization you have to bring.

Your daily tasks will be undertaken from our office in Polanco CDMX, you would then not have to move around to the clients' office.

If you need more details from the customer, contacts will be handled by phone.

Responsibilities:

Partner with Business Analysts to conduct technical analyses and understand clientspecific requirements for customization projects.
Engage in endtoend development, from coding to implementation, ensuring seamless integration of tailored elements.
Work closely with our development team to enhance and support custom solutions.
Contribute to the evolution of our SaaS offer by infusing it with personalized features.
Provide handson support and training to our partner network for optimized solution implementation.

Requirements:

Proficient in Python and JavaScript programming languages.
Strong grasp of objectoriented programming, object modeling, and relational databases.
A fervor for development with a knack for quick learning and adaptation.
Fluent in English.
Exceptional team spirit and collaboration abilities.

Pay:
