Responsibilities

  • Place PO's according to production demand
  • Maintain records of PO's sent to vendors
  • Inventory management
  • Cost analysis & Cost savings
  • Pickups appointments with vendors
  • Collaborates with peers in the payables department
  • Following to PO's with vendor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in business, Engineering or a related field preferred or more than 3 years of
- experience.

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in materials management preferred
  • Knowledge in MRP systems
  • Knowledge of forecasting, MRP, transportation, supply chain and warehousing disciplines
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal skills for working with various departments as well as vendor representatives.
  • Excellent Planning and Organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Time management
  • English level Business Proficiency (80%)
  • Advanced Excel, and software associated with Outlook, Microsoft Word.
  • Visa Laser
  • Willing and Ability to travel to US
