Design support and lead company strategy through development and leadership of sustainable business programs and practices with stakeholders and partnerships to create value for the company, employees and the ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

Build, negotiate, and manage relationships with strategic multisectoral and multilateral partners.
Design and implement programs and solutions
Lead systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
Propose multilateral and strategic partners connected to company's priorities, and review partnerships benefits, impact and value.
Manage and work with internal stakeholders to define and implement partnership action plans with multistakeholder approach and aligned with company strategy.
Partnership management
Scope partnerships and identify potential opportunities.
Negotiate agreements.
Ensure partnership documentation.
Follow up partnership agreements.
Multidisciplinary teams' management within partnerships
Share best practices as reference with partners.
Follow up and measurement on partnership KPIs.
Lead internal partnerships process with Legal
Positioning strategy and protocol coordination
Work with the team to seek specific partnerships or funding to increase project economical sustainability
