Your tasks

Lead and/or direct all Logistics Automotive support for North America Region Automotive BA's in the design, development and implementation of packaging concepts that will protect and meet multiple requirements for various automotive platforms during transportation, handling, storage and use in an expeditious manner while demonstrating planning and organization skills.

Lead and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement projects related to packaging _and sustainability strategies about it._

Profile:

Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related.

- + 5 yrs experience in manufacturing and packaging field;
- + 5 yrs in the Automotive Industry;
- + 5 yrs in national and international packaging management;

Preferred crossfunctional experience;
Project management skills (budget, timing, planning, followup);
Lean manufacturing basics.
Knowledge of the complete supply chain process and product life cycle.
Leadership skills.
