    Job Description:

    * This is a remote position - candidate can be located anywhere in Mexico. *

    Our DXC Insurance BPaaS and BPO services help our customers optimize and transform operations, lower costs, increase agility and open new channels for growth. Our people, technology and best practices improve and automate highly complex business processes across front, middle and back offices — while facilitating customer experience transformation.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Owns and executes accounting processes within area of expertise.
    • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations.
    • Prepare and process Mexican payroll, preparing accurate information for approval by deadline.
    • Process and review timecards within designated payroll software and provide follow-up with managers and team leads as needed.
    • Provide excellent service when communicating with all other team members regarding questions pertaining to payroll.
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and personal information.
    • Work with accounting to reconcile payroll transactions.
    • Maintain personal time off records and ensure is paid out as needed.
    • Handle inquiries related to payroll.
    • Helps to ensure payroll practices meet government compliance.
    • Provide support to accounting with data entry in Payroll.
    • All other duties as assigned.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
    • Proven experience in business process transactions
    • Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
    • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong computation skills.
    • Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SAP).
    • Excellent understanding of accounting processes.
    • Strong communication skills.
