We're looking for a
Salesforce Admin Support:
- Work with users to understand, reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical and configuration issues related to Salesforce.
- Redirect users to appropriate knowledge base and selfhelp articles.
- Consistently document discussions and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain composure in stressful situations, and respond to customer needs quickly and effectively.
- Experience working as a Support Engineer
- Experience working on ServiceNow
- Experience working with integrations to SAP
- Experience working on Quote solutions
