Your 'day to day'

This role leads the implementation of the global market planning function within the assigned market(s) collaborating with the Supply Chain and the Centres of Excellence to ensure the single point of contact (SPOC) concept is implemented across categories and establishing a clear flow of inputs/outputs from/to market planning function.

Ensure that business strategies of the market(s) are properly captured and further processed into a production plan allowing to reach the market(s)'s targets by ensuring proper knowledge of all the relevant characteristics of the market(s), such as sources of revenue, distribution strategy, inventory strategy, commercial strategy.

Major accountabilities

Define with the Centre of Excellence and market(s) the best process to efficiently guide market with forecasting and ensure touchpoints and knowledge sharing with the market planning team.
Contribute to the definition with the key stakeholders the process steps, inputs and outputs, the process drumbeat, the inprocess measures, KPIs, forecasting targets, RACI and Business Continuity Plan.
Coordinating the generation and maintenance of an 18 months rolling forecast following a precise planning drumbeat. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions when production plan does fulfil market(s) needs. Manage business issues, their resolutions and follow up. Identify forecast risks and opportunities.
Assist and support the preparation of the regional and local S&OP meetings. Advise Market(s) Supply Chain of variances between existing forecasts, plans, actuals, budgets. Drive alignment of plans and/or corrective actions in forecasting that will improve our supply chain metrics in cost, cash, and services.

Who we're looking for

8+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Electronics or Medical Device industry with experience in forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP or IBP) and data analytics.
5+ years of management experience
Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning Solutions and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite is a strong plus)
Predictive capabilities ability to anticipate issues and risks and react before they happen. Ability to see causes and effects through the supply chain.

Analytical Savvy

Ability to process, use, understand, interpret and synthetize large amount of data to make decisions and improve business performance
