The role


Working as part of the Partnerships team, the main purpose of a B2B Sales Executive is to proactively seek new customers, strategically develop and execute B2B sales initiatives, close deals, build stronger relationships with existing customers, and play a major role in the company's success in the industry.


The responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy to identify and reach potential clients, aiming to expand the client base and increase market penetration.
  • Generate new leads through various channels to broaden the pool of potential clients and enhance market presence.
  • Evaluate and prioritize leads based on alignment with business objectives, optimizing resource allocation and increasing conversion rates.
  • Engage in negotiations to address concerns and objections, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and positive relationships.
  • Complete the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and seamless integration.
  • Effectively close sales deals to contribute to revenue growth and overall company success.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts, enabling informed decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing merchants to drive transactions.

So, what skills, knowledge, and experience do you have?

  • Industry Knowledge: Payment Processing Systems, Payment Methods (traditional and alternative
  • BNPL), Ecommerce, Ecommerce Platforms, APIs/Plugins.
  • Business Development.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, showcasing the ability to generate and analyze sales reports, develop compelling presentations, and create impactful proposals.
  • CRM: Be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Social media: Knowledge of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn to use for networking, prospecting, and outreach.
  • Data Analysis: Turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales.
  • Proven track record achieving sales targets
  • Experience in B2B sales (preferably in BNPL, payments or financial services, ecommerce)
  • Fluent in verbal and written business English.
