What you'll do- Perform timesensitive, frontline, customer
- Provide toptier carrier and customer service
- Support fastpaced account operations
- Process improvement
- Communicate with and provide feedback to improve on or create tracking processes
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor's degree complete or bachelor's degree in progress and 1+ year of experience with customer interaction and communication or 2+ years of experience with customer interaction and communication
- Excellent English language skills verbal and written
