Responsibilities:


HR Ops Manager

Main Purpose


This is a new role assuming the responsibilities of the existing Change Request and Change Control Board teams within Global Solution Design & Delivery in GHROps.

GHROps is a complex organization with global scope over both operational and innovation activities. The objective of this role is to lead the Change Request & Change Control Board governance programs.

The HR Change Request process allows for governance of proposed changes or additions to the HR Systems and data.

This process brings together all HR stakeholders and system owners to review and approve Change Requests and provide impact estimates.

This allows for prioritization of requests according to business need and budget while also minimizing risk.


The HR Change Control Board is a governing body that reviews and approves configuration requests to ensure that changes to HR systems are introduced in a controlled and coordinated manner.

This process is utilized to minimize productivity disruption, reduce rework or back-out activities, and cost-effectively deploy resources involved in implementing the change.


Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Schedule and plan the weekly Change Request Work Intake meetings
  • Accountable & Execution.
  • Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders on completion of impact assessments
  • Accountable & Execution.
  • Track and report progress on approved CR items
  • Accountable & Execution.
  • Coordinate with Finance representative to ensure all project charges are accounted for
  • Accountable & Execution.
  • Tracking adherence to CR policies and procedures and resolving any compliance issues
  • Accountable & Execution.
  • Lead the tracking of escalated CR issues by collaborating across all internal and external team members to ensure quality implementation execution and delivery, escalating to Senior Manager as necessary

  • Own the CR process and actively pursues CR process improvements

  • Owns dashboards and reporting of CR metrics and scorecards

  • Provide Leadership and backup to the Change Control Board Lead in execution of their role

Qualifications:

Qualifications / Requirement

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources, MBA preferred.
  • 35+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Ability to provide leadership to direct reports.
  • Global largescale systems implementation experience, PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience in implementing governance processes in a large organization.
  • Detailed understanding of HR business processes, IT, and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Detailed understanding of HR Systems.
  • Must be highly organized, with strong followup and resultsoriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective problemsolving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, anticipate and independently address issues.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques.
  • HRMS ERP/Cloudbased solutions experience (Employee Central, SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft or Oracle HRMS).
