Major Responsibilities:

  • Owns and drives the Sales, Inventory, and Operations planning process. Manages Production Sales Inventory (PSI) Specialists. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.
  • Implements and maintains PSI Planning tools; Monthly forecast creation, PSI/Product hierarchy maintenance, Commercial structure, and Plant setups.
  • Facilitates the demand and supply plan for tactical and strategic planning.
  • Manages monthly update schedule and tracks progress for completion and execution quality. Provides forecast accuracy and linearity metrics at PSI group level and finished goods level. Designs, optimizes, implements and drives inventory and cycle time reduction plans.
  • Executes creation and maintenance of planning bills of material. Executes and maintains monthly updates. Provides tactical support for creation of new planning Bill of Materials (BOMs).
  • Provides functional support for Information Technology (IT) updates for Supply Chain Planning and PSI hierarchy. Develops requirements and provides testing assistance for system enhancements and major upgrades.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • BS in Business, Technology or Engineering (ME, IE, EE) or equivalent industrial experience/ MBA is a plus / APICS CPIM is a plus
  • Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years
  • Experience 8 years or more
  • Strong negotiator
  • Effective communicator (verbal, written)
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Analytical / data driven
  • Strong skills in Excel

Language:
Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
