    Role & Responsibilities:
    Assist and be responsible for the Management of Routines and Projects

    Specify, plan and control deadlines, costs and allocated resources Create and keep the status report up-to-date Have the expertise to escalate when need to supervisors and sponsors Provide excellent service to our customers through timely execution, use of good communications channels and creative thinking.

    Use "startup mode", expanding beyond your defined role to help where your aids are needed. Deploy the best practice for his role aling to keyrus best practice and ways of working.

    Proactively manage client communications and expectations to ensure client satisfaction in partnership with internal teams, focus on client on a senior client facing and maintaining relation with client on a professional and respectful way.

    Define and scope client requirements and deliverables Create and maintain detailed project plans Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to creatively solve problems and brainstorm solutions Coordinate tasks, assign appropriate resources, and ensures proper task completion Identify risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success of the project, notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate

    Identify deviations between project scope and desired deliverables, initiating change requests as needed and be able to escalate it when need.

    Control quality by reviewing deliverables prior to client presentation; Enhance internal and external deliverables/documents as needed Suggest process improvements as appropriate Establish a deep understanding of the client's business, processes, and procedures and applies that knowledge to affect the project's success Ensure the use of best practices and applies lessons learned from previous projects; shares findings with other project management team members Overall accountability for project profitability and timeline Facilitate and ensure internal team dynamic, culture, implement the best practice for keeping team as a high performance one.

    Skills to manage difficult conversations with client and team to get objective Execute coaching activities when need internally in team Essential Qualifications :

    Relevant (technical and creative) project management experience, preferably within a consulting firm or digital agency Experience coordinating, encouraging and motivating internal teams Experience managing complex projects, with budgets and timelines Experience in a client facing role as the main point of contact Experience in, and a high comfort level with, a fast paced, deadline driven culture Experience with AGILE / SCRUM / PMI project methodologies Experience with JIRA tools Academic Background in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent Ability to work effectively within a matrix design structure and be able to collaborate with various functional / technical profiles and produce quality results Ability to perform several activities in parallel, prioritize issues / escalations and assist multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work with a diversified customer base Language English Intermediate / Advanced Orientation for results, Client and Business Proactivity and learning attitude Excellent interpersonal relationship Punctuality in the pre-established Schedules, pre-established Deadlines and Goals Assistance in the development of controls, processes and team Knowledge in Project Management Techniques (Planning, Controls, Execution and Closing) Analysis of requirements to ensure the integrity of the contracted Scope X product delivered Monitoring, control and reporting on the execution of product tests delivered Availability to travel as needed


    Desirable Qualifications :
    Knowledge in Routine and E-commerce processes SCRUM / PMI Certification Experience in Ecommerce industry Experience in CRM implementation projects Experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst / QA Scrum Master certified professional Knowledge related to JAVA, Hybris Join us at Keyrus Mexico
