Overview


The Mexico Customer Solution Center is looking for a Director, Solutions Architect to lead our customer experience and network products strategy forward by consistently create, innovate and solve problems.

About the role


Solution Architect is the main partner to the Frontline during solutioning to maximize the impact of our products or services with our clients.

The Solution Architect is a curator of solutions and becomes the aggregator across products for different segments during the solutioning process and helps the Account Managers with the narrative to 'tell the story' to the client.

They play a critical role in ensuring relevancy and driving differentiation across all segments resulting in higher revenues, more market share and better relationships.

Role

  • Revenues for supported product and segment
  • Specific KPIs from supported segment, including customer success metrics
  • Increase in share of services revenues across supported segments
  • Product penetration ratio to assigned segments
  • Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviors through their behavior, recognitions, coaching, and employee engagement
  • Contribution to SA community, incl. supporting other CSCs if needed
  • Market specific objectives
  • Serves customers within the Financial Institutions, Retail & Commerce, Digital Partners and Government segments
  • Understands value chain of assigned segments to identify trends, needs and opportunities for Mastercard
  • Has a good understanding of Mastercard Products, Services and Corporate Strategy
  • Has a good Network and Digital Products Knowledge
  • Collaborates with Account Management teams to identify customer needs and opportunities; recommends needsbased solutions in coordination with Products, Services and Marketing
  • Identifies, develops and quantifies opportunities for new value propositions that include integrated and customized solutions across Mastercard's products and services for our customers.
  • Develops business requirements document in collaboration with product specialists and technical architect

  • Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment
  • Can deliver high quality products/services in a high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy
  • Extensive experience building and launching products
  • Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individual product teams across the organization
  • Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plans in multiple markets
  • Demonstrated experience as people manager with the ability to attract, recruit, and develop product talent
  • Successful track record strategically managing P&L for multiple Mastercard projects and products

  • Ability to comprehend the business and market context to drive innovative solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer's evolving strategic needs, the current and potential future market environment.
