The marketing team of Miind is the tactical and strategic engine of Miind Brands responsible for the launch and development of new brands born digitally native but with an omnichannel approach.
We do whatever it takes to launch great disruptive brands throughout Latam that really solve consumer problems and are very profitable.
Role for You
As a Brand Manager for Miind brands, you will be leading, implementing and doing what is necessary so that the brand strategy is fulfilled and the results of growth and profitability are achieved constantly and consistently.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct execution of brand launches
- Understand and evaluate the situation of a brand with a complete diagnosis
- Build brand plans
- Ensure execution of brand activity across all channels (both digital and offline)
- Ensure the profitability of the brand
- Ensure brand growth
- Ensure proper budget execution.
- Control the main P&L variables of the brand (Price, Cogs, Revenue, Budget)
- Ensure that the consumer is considered in each of the brand's decisions.
Requirements:
You have these:
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Business administration or related.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing
- Proficient in Excel (Data base, pivot tables)
We'd love if you also had these:
- Experience working with E-Commerce, Consumer Goods, and retail.
Where you are located:
- Mexico City, with availability to move between house and Office.
