Responsibilities:


Data Analyst Jr

Main Purpose


Develop and implement Commercial Analytics agenda within digital services for B2B across Sector, Leveraging sales data and PepsiConnect app sources of information to provide insights on B2B connected to sales frontline performance and app behavior insights through advanced statistical techniques.

Connecting and integrating models within IT infrastructure to deliver Insights in a real time basis to evolve PepsiCo ́s store execution connected to store owner behaviour


Accountabilities

  • Drives reward program execution consistency in the E2E, from Pepsi Connect upload, point of sales material arrival, customer rewads and problem solving
  • Identify trade opportunities to maxime POS impact and space, connected to Market, brand and B2B digital strategy
  • Maximize Trademarketing and reward reconigtion budget results and POS impact
  • Identify trade behavior in demand, point of sale inventories, product rotation and provide root cause analysis to create strategies with marketing and sales
  • Manage rewards program KPIS tracking and redemption
  • Create and connecte FL communication media with digital B2B agenda (playbook, toolkit,carta de ventas)

Qualifications:

Requirements:


  • Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors' degree
years of relevant professional experience on eCommerce, Sales development, Trade Marketing or Sales stretegy

  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Fluent English oral and written communication skills Softwares:


  • Excel

  • Advanced


  • Power BI

  • Basic
