About the team:

The Supply Chain team builds foundational partnerships with innovative manufacturers and integrated logistics providers to unlock architectural adaptability. We employ today's leading digital technologies to enable super-agility to navigate daily supply and operational challenges.

We are charged with designing and executing world-class sourcing, International logistics, fulfillment, and operational excellence strategies for our merchants and brands.


About the role:


As a Director, Warehouse & Transportation you will directly impact our customers experience by running the function that will literally get our products in customers hands.

You will use your expertise in warehousing and distribution to improve our 3PLs operations and achieve excellent service metrics.


Main Responsibilities

  • Shape and implement our fulfillment and transportation strategy (costs, service levels, space, transportation partner, etc.), drive strategic cost improvement and operational excellence agenda across fulfillment operations.
  • Oversee daily processes with attention to detail through tracking, reporting, and dashboards lead troubleshooting of major problem shipments and track orders with high sense of urgency.
  • Lead the agenda of process improvement, generating ideas to boost ops performance.
  • Functionally lead the integration of Merchant3PLMerama ERP and other systems, including but not limited to: Gsuite, WMS, NetSuite, Excel, Ecommerce marketplace portals, etc.
  • Engage fulfillment partners and monitor through to completion: pickup requests, cycle counts, repacking, relabeling, rerouting, and other related projects and tasks as required.
  • Build our process knowledge database: Process Mapping, Develop SOPs and Guidelines.
  • Plan and Run Integrations and Implementations

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Professional career in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business or related
  • 8+ years of experience in 3PL warehouse operations covering inbound, storage, picking, valueadded services, and outbound operations
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and supply chain software (TMS, WMS, OMS)
  • Experience working with or for E-Commerce or Consumer Goods companies
  • Be datadriven. Proficiency with financial modeling and cleaning unstructured data to draw and support conclusions.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Desirable qualifications:


  • Expert in warehouse and transportation vendor landscape with strong relationships
  • Multisite 3PL management experience preferred
  • Project management certification and deep experience in executing complex projects onbudget and ontime
