The Strategy Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations. Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as a trusted advisor and work in close partnership with business heads and senior leadership to analyse opportunities and issues of strategic, operate transformational strategies to achieve the business mandate, operate change by partnering with business leadership with clear accountability, provide clarity in complex problems, facilitate decisionmaking, and guide high value investments.
  • Participate on projects across their lifecycle: identifying the problem, analyzing root causes, developing solutions.
  • Work with businesses in the execution of improvement strategies.
  • Analyze aspects of client service.
  • Develop relationships with support functions and senior leadership.
  • Conduct indepth research to support business strategies and identify trends across key business drivers of Citi such as credit, asset trends, cost structure, pricing, product management and operational functions.

Qualifications:


  • 02 years experience
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to synthesize large complex data, derive meaningful insights, and articulate a solution that meets senior requirements.
  • Extremely selfmotivated & hard working,
  • Have the ability to take direction and drive results, work with mínimal direction, maintain composure even in stressful situations.
  • Excellent Excel and powerpoint skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Access.

Education:


  • High School diploma or equivalent
This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.


PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES:


  • Enlace durante todo el proceso de concurso, entre el área de compras y las Gerencias de Producto, llevando el control en la coordinación, participación y seguimiento desde el inicio a través de reuniones y/o llamadas.
  • Brindar asesoría a las Gerencias de Producto, en el llenado de todos los formatos establecidos por el proceso del área de compra como son: Bases de concurso, Matriz de evaluación Técnica, Criterios para shortlist, Bidder List, Cross Functional Team.
  • Elaboración en conjunto con la Gerencia de Producto para la creación de contratos comerciales.
  • Participación en el llenado del proceso de control interno.
  • Conocimiento de la herramienta técnicas (por ejemplo Oracle, Procure 2 Pay) para dar apoyo al seguimiento al gasto
  • Análisis y manejo de las diferentes Bases en Excel.
  • Proponer iniciativas para mejora de procesos.

SE REQUIERE:


  • Inglés intermedio (comprensión, lectura, redacción)
  • Análisis y manejo de la información.
  • Manejo de Bases de datos.
  • Generación de reportes y presentaciones ejecutivas en ppt
  • Experiência en puesto similar (2 años)
