What you'll be doing:

Provide IDAM consultancy services and 3rd line technical support to our CoE and global technical community.
Onboard user directories from new acquisitions and existing companies as required.
Assist in the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects.
Coach the IDAM technical support team to enhance their technical understanding.
Manage designated technical team members.
Maintain CMDB & Service Catalogue & technical artefacts relating to IDAM configuration items.
Participate in the IDAM Change Management process

What you'll need:

Certified to Okta Consultant level or equivalent in another Identity product
An expert understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS.
Advanced understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.
A minimum of 5 years technical experience in IDAM support & implementations.
Experience of working with global teams.
Great English verbal, written communication & interpersonal skills.
Global travel is required
Experience working in large scale, high complexity environments
