What you'll be doing:


  • Provide IDAM consultancy services and 3rd line technical support to our CoE and global technical community.
  • Onboard user directories from new acquisitions and existing companies as required.
  • Assist in the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects.
  • Coach the IDAM technical support team to enhance their technical understanding.
  • Manage designated technical team members.
  • Maintain CMDB & Service Catalogue & technical artefacts relating to IDAM configuration items.
  • Participate in the IDAM Change Management process

What you'll need:


  • Certified to Okta Consultant level or equivalent in another Identity product
  • An expert understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS.
  • Advanced understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.
  • A minimum of 5 years technical experience in IDAM support & implementations.
  • Experience of working with global teams.
  • Great English verbal, written communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Global travel is required
  • Experience working in large scale, high complexity environments
