PPS Battery Cell & Module Diagnostic Engineer will be Responsible to support and analyze execution of battery tray and package components within their process.

Will organize Plant & Quality resources in order to efficiently lead efficiencies on the implementation of projects during Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing processes for new equipment, trial production & launching and improving operations KAI's & KPI's.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Aeronautical, Controls, Systems, ChemEng, Physics or related engineering field from an ABET accredited/equivalent university.
Proficiency communicating in technical English language. Highly developed communications skills.
Minimum 2 years of engineering experience in automotive or related industry.
Soft skills: Selfdirected, collaborative (teamwork), ownership, sense of urgency/ agile, achiever, leadership & project management skills.
Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink
Prior experience with software development and diagnostics tools (e.g., HIL testers, CANalyzer, INCA, etc.).
Prior experience with electrical/electronic components used in BMS hardware.
Prior experience with BMS software development and control algorithms.
Knowledge of vehicle communication networks and the usage of tools to extract data from ECUs for analysis.
At least 2 years' prior experience with electrified power trains and battery management.
At least 5 years' experience in automotive diagnostics and with the development and testing of battery systems in hybrid and/or electric vehicles
Trained and with experience in problem solving methods like Kaizen, Shainin (Red-X), RPS.
