Job Summary

The IT Student will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

Support on a global operations environment, with tickets related to collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Interact with multiple organizational levels to solve requisitions at software architecture level.

Here is some of what you'll need:

Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related.
Conversational English is a must.
Available to work Monday to Friday 10:00am
7:00pm
Is a proactive person
Previous basic knowledge on collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Zoom, Outlook)
No previous experience needed.
