Automation Coordinator
Which is the main objective of this role?
Leading the automation and analytics agenda for VCC FC and supporting initiatives across the team if needed in collaboration with IPEX and CTO teams.
Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?
- Research and analyze new technologies that allow driving the key business objectives in automation and analytics terms.
- Establish relationships with internal and external business partners, to realize synergies and achieve the objectives.
- Support the digital transformation in VCC FC identifying and implementing automation and analytics process opportunities.
- Lead automation and Analytics capability development through correspondent training strategy.
- Develop work teams motivated, committed, and focused on achieve the objectives.
- Identify and prioritize business cases for RPA solutions.
- Ensure the RPAs Governance Global model compliance according to PepsiCo policy and standards.
- Provide periodic updates to Senior Management on Automation and Analytics agenda.
Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, or a related Analytical field
- Management of transactional systems (SAP)
- Excellent handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Effective Communication skills.
- English: Advanced
- Analysis skills, focused on results, agenda management, work under pressure and proactive.
- Leadership and Teamwork
- Knowledge about automation tools
