Position Summary:


Sporting Goods is a must part of the Business - Allowing UA to reach and empower more athletes and creating the best brand experience through our partners.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Sporting Goods Sr.
Manager in the definition of the Strategic framework while generates an Operating framework.

  • Become the Partner of choice by creating trust relationships with buyers.
  • Bring purchase orders on time and follow up on product deliveries.
  • OB (Order Book) analysis, management and clear segmentation.
  • Lead sqUAd implementation that includes: Commercial, Sales Planning, CSR, Account and Channel Marketing, etc.
  • Coordinate the calendar execution: drive Presale process, ATP's, QBR's, SBP's.
  • Detailed Scorecard management downloading into Category / End Use / Monthly Targets.
  • Segmentation by door profiling and Sell Out Obsession analysis.
  • Identify opportunities and generates the escalation path for approval.
  • Drive multifunctional alignment (internal & external) while leading the sqUAd: Channel MKT, CSR, Sales Planning, Commercial.
  • P&L and Gross to Net management.

Education And / Or Experience:


  • Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
  • 5 years of experience in Sales, ideally with a premium international brand
  • KAM, Sales Planner, familiarity with product/merchandising/sourcing, brand and retail marketing
  • Fluency in local language; proficiency in English required

Other Requirements:

Work Life Integration: 2 days per week in office, remaining days remote.
