YOUR ROLE

Manage CQI and GIMS cross functional task force teams, create priorities, action plans and track progress, align and update initiatives list
Interacting with DSE, MFG and DRE to develop the next steps plan, document the plan to the team
Coordinate any next steps and track progress working side by side with DSE/DRE setting up plans or tests needed
Updating status and results into GIMS, our Quality Initiatives documents and QEC teardown results database.
Manage prototype hardware procurements and ED&D reqs
Manage BRT (Build Readiness Team) for prototype orders
Lead for shipping & receiving parts/transmissions for builds to/from suppliers Drive designers & DRES on moving the changes through the system to meet the implementation timing milestones and participate in design reviews with the COES (weekly meetings)
Ownership of mass/cost optimization (GCO/TCR)
Lead resolution of commercial issues that are impeding release and PPAP timing (CE & Sr. Manager for PRC)
Schedule & attend "Design reviews" ahead of ordering proto parts
Author minutes with action items/ follow up for each design review Follow up on action item closure Work on special projects as needed

YOUR PROFILE

Proficient in conversational
English (C1, C2)
Bachelor's Degree in
Engineering:

-
5 years of experience in
project management and follow-up assignments

Extensive experience in
Automotive industry
Familiarity with automotive components, preferably
transmissions:
Strong
organizational and
communication skills
