We are looking for a
_Safety and Environment Engineer_ for our operations in Monterrey, Mexico.

Job Requirements
Engineering bachelor's degree.
3-7 years' experience.
Advanced english
Strong organizational skills.
Initiative to follow up on pending issues.
Strong computer skills with high degree of comfort using MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage EHS programs and procedures.
Create, maintain, and oversee the compliance calendar for all regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and monitor the compliance of the EHS regulations on time.
Attention to municipal, state or federal authorities in audits or inspections in matters of Safety, Hygiene and Environmental.
Keep all EHS updated.
Assure Safety is First in all employees.
Develop annual Safety program.
Develop annual Environmental Program.
Keep "Zero accidents" rate in the plant and "Zero lost day" due accidents.
Coordination of Medical Department.
Coordination of EHS campaigns.
Support the Security of the plant and Control Access.
