Position:

Customer Support Associate II

Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Customer Support Associate II to join our team in Guadalajara, MX.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide expert internal and external customer service, interfacing directly with customers, recommending solutions and/or action plans to internal sales team staff.
Order entry & maintenance, managing inbound customer order forms.
Support sales team with direct customer contact, which includes coordinating reports, providing first point of escalation after initial set of expedites, etc.
Work closely with Asset team to process orders for customers and resolve issues for the customer in a timely manner.
Filling QI Forms and provide follow up to Formal QI claims until having a solution for the customer.
Work closely with Warehouse team and Transportation team to provide status and solutions to customer in regards to their shipments, tracking numbers, delivery time, expedite requests, hotshots, etc.
Creation and analysis of sales related reports.

What We Are Looking For:

Typically requires a 4year degree or 24 years of experience.
23 years of B2B customer service experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
