Objective:

Supervise and supply in time and quality all indirect, fixed asset, service and maintenance requirements for all departments; ensuring and following auditable procedures and establishing the lowest total cost of acquisition.

Main Task:

Source indirect manufacturing products and services for the company. Indirect material planning, through contracts, open purchase orders, masters, etc. Negotiate National and International contracts for indirect materials. Solve problems of billing and receipts. Participate in continuous improvement projects. Expedite urgent materials. Plan and execute bids to source high volume requirements.

Knowledge:

Professional degree: Business Administration, International Business, or similar
5 years of experience.
Windows office, INCOTERMS, Procurement systems
APICS or similar certification Preferable
Knowledge of the Supply chain.
People, team work, communication and negotiation skills.
English Spoken and written (80% Advanced).
