Responsibilities

Create social media assets across all platforms, including tiktok
Create animations and videos for marketing initiatives
Create prototypes, interactive mockups, and full pixelperfect designs of user workflows and landing pages for multiple screen sizes
Ability to prioritize and manage workload to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast paced environment
Ability to problem solve through conceptual thinking, while paying meticulous attention to details
Exceptional communication skills to explain design decisions to the team and stakeholders
Desire to listen to feedback and use constructive criticism to better influence your designs
Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance our user experiences across all creative platforms
Help guide our Social Media experiences for our contractors and homeowners
Help the Design Team produce the best work possible through a strong understanding of design aesthetics such as typography, photography, composition, layout and color
Stay up to date with current Social Media trends

Experience

Must have a strong portfolio featuring examples of design work including social media assets and animated videos
A degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience ideating and creating paid social (Facebook/IG/Pinterest/Tiktok/LinkedIn), online advertisements and digital banners
Experience designing websites, landing pages, and other web focused creative
Solid understanding of, or desire to learn, usercentered design principles and interactive design patterns related to web and mobile design
An understanding and appreciation for how design can influence conversion rate
Proficient with many popular design tools including: Figma, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excited about the social media world
Motivated, driven, plus works well independently and with a team
Looking for the opportunity to join a fast growing Design Team
Experience designing workflows, wireframes or conducting user research (Nice to Have)
Experience with frontend development, including HTML, CSS, and Javascript (Nice to Have)
