They are based across the Texas area and, with a highly skilled and experienced professional team, have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner have the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.

As a Customer Service Agent, some of your main activities will be:

Being the 1st line of contact with homeowners.
Answer and direct calls to the correct personnel when needed.
Take and relay messages in a timely fashion.
Provide helpful information to callers (AR, Maintenance, Community questions, etc.)
Perform company software Traffic Cop Duty, with emphasis on trying to answer General Inquiries first before simply redirecting (Read Inquiry thoroughly to understand the concern and identify if the inquiry is related to a specific homeowner address, neighborhood, vendor, or other).

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday

8:30 AM. 5:00 PM.
CST MEX.

During US Daylight Saving Time:

7:30 AM. 4:00 PM.
CST MEX.
