You Are:


The Opportunity:


  • Take the first assignment of incidents and requests and perform SOPs standard operating procedures against them to resolve or fulfill.
  • Review escalation and assignment SOPs and update tickets appropriately for level 2 support.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.


What you need:


  • Knowledge in Health Domain is an advantage.
  • Advanced understanding of Onpremises AD and Azure Active Directory.
  • Intermediate Knowledge of Computers, Virtual Machines, jump servers, and a basic understanding of Networks, with excellent knowledge of Windows 10, Office365, and Microsoft Products.
  • Should have an understanding of MFA (Multi-Factor authentication) and Intune.
  • Good Understanding of the ServiceNow ITSM tool.
  • Willing to work in a 24 / 7 environment with rotational shifts available, day, afternoon, and night depending on project needs.
  • Flexibility to take on additional tasks as directed by Team Lead.
  • Excellent English Communication skills and should have experience in voice support calltaking positions.
  • 3+ years of Experience in technical Voice Support or ServiceDesk
