Permanent Independent contractor
English C1/C2 required.
Location:
Remote.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage appointments and calendar
- Book meetings
- Build up a massive database of past and current clients and hunted down potential customers
- Organize the company's files invoices, and other digital documentation
- Project management activities
- Help with administrative activities
- Creation of dashboards
- Organizing material for meetings
- Attend to meetings with potential clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience an executive assistant
- Experience in staffing agencies
- Experience with payroll, paysheets
- High Excel working experience
- C1-C2 English level
- Availability to immediate start
- Remote job experience
- Own equipment and stable internet connection
